 he complete Helios Planetarium system can be set up as either the basic geared orrery, the orrery and star dome (for Northern hemisphere) or as the Earth-centred model (with or without star dome). 


With the Earth-centered model, watch as the Earth rotates on its axis while the Moon orbits it every 29.5 'days'. Show how these movements create months, seasons and the daily and monthly pattern of tides.
