 The following are small inorganic molecules that can be demonstrated *Acids - sulphuric nitric and phosphoric * Oxides - sulphur dioxide and nitric oxide * Salts: sodium bicarbonate copper sulphate and chlorides * Diamond and sulphur ring.

Also many organic compounds containing up to 12 carbon atoms e.g. benzene alanine glucose and cyclohexane (for open models only)
